Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

MoveWizard is a trading brand of Wizardtec Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17294179, ICO Reg ZC179445).

These terms govern your use of MoveWizard ("the service"), operated by Wizardtec Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What MoveWizard is

MoveWizard provides location and property assessments for UK addresses, drawing together public and licensed data to help you understand an area before you buy. It produces a free summary and, on payment, a fuller report.

Important — guidance, not advice. MoveWizard reports are AI-supported guidance compiled from third-party and open data. They are not a property survey, a formal valuation, a structural assessment, or legal advice. Data may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate, and AI-generated text can contain errors. Any "offer range" is indicative guidance only, not a valuation. You must always commission your own professional surveys, searches and legal advice, and verify anything important, before making an offer or purchasing a property. You rely on the reports at your own discretion.

2. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or over to create an account.

3. Credits, payments and subscriptions

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, bulk-extract, resell or redistribute the data or reports, attempt to bypass the paywall, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to break any law. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All systems, processes, scoring methods, content and design are the copyright of Wizardtec Ltd. Underlying open data remains the property of its original providers and is used under the Open Government Licence or the relevant provider's licence.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizardtec Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on a report, including any property purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Some data depends on third-party sources that may be temporarily unavailable, in which case parts of a report may be incomplete.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
